Beautiful Minds Working is the creation of Rayea Tillman, a college undergrad at Tennessee State University. As a young woman who has faced her fare share of adversity, Tillman knows what it is like to be apart of Nashville, Tennessee's inner city youth. While in high school, she formed two organizations within her East Nashville Community that promoted positive attitudes, accountability, friendship and service. Now, she is seeking to do it again on a much larger scale, but focusing solely on the empowerment of young women. Currently she is seeking ten educated, creative, motivated and adventurous women to help her create a new vision within the Nashville, TN community.
